For restaurants & new kitchens
Opening a restaurant, café, bakery or catering business? We specify your smallwares around how you will actually cook and serve, then keep them supported long after opening day.
Package specification
A café opening is not a high-volume takeout kitchen, a bakery, a banquet caterer or a South Asian restaurant. So we don’t sell generic bundles: we start with your operation.
What you cook decides the knives, prep tools and serving pieces you need.
Covers per service set the quantities of flatware, tableware and back-up stock.
Stations, storage space and workflow shape what fits and where.
Counter, table, takeout or banquet service each call for different smallwares.
We prioritise what must be right on day one and plan what can follow.

Examples only. Every package is specified with you and priced according to product count and specification.
How it works
Opening packages are priced according to product count and specification. Bulk orders may require a deposit, especially for special finishes, custom quantities or imported items.
We learn your menu, seating, kitchen format, service style and budget, on site where it helps.
Your needs become an organised list: material, grade, size, finish, handle and storage format.
A single consolidated quotation. For larger packages a planning fee may apply, credited against the final purchase.
Clearly labelled product kits, delivered ready for use on a scheduled route.
Your package becomes the first entry in your product register, ready for replacement planning.
Replacement tracking
Restaurants often replace smallwares only after something fails mid-service. Our lifecycle model keeps a record of what you own and when it is due, so replacements are planned rather than urgent.
Sample layout for illustration. Your record reflects your own products and orders.

Request quotations, submit product lists, review purchase histories and repeat previous orders online.

Questions

Yes. Individual products are available, and registered business customers also receive quotations, volume pricing and account records.
We focus on the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, with online and courier fulfilment elsewhere in Ontario. Standard delivery may be included above a minimum order value; smaller or urgent orders may carry a delivery fee.
We actively look for suitable Canadian-made cutting boards, utensils, storage products, tableware and packaging, and include them wherever quality, pricing and delivery terms meet your requirements.
No. Our knife range is limited to food-preparation knives and knife storage. We do not sell hunting or tactical knives, decorative swords or restricted weapons.
Yes. Showroom sales, bulk quotations, digital ordering, scheduled delivery and recurring accounts work together in one model, so we can serve small independents and larger multi-location customers with the same personal service.
Share your menu, seating and service style, and we will prepare a package proposal and one consolidated quotation.
