Privacy notice
Last updated October 29, 2026. This notice explains how we handle the personal information you share with us.
Who we are
This website is operated by CULINARYEDGE RESTAURANT SMALLWARES & CULINARY SUPPLY CENTRE INC. (“CulinaryEdge”, “we”, “us”), Ontario Corporation No. 1001747350, with its registered office at 73 Water Street North, Suite 300, Cambridge, Ontario N1R 7L6, Canada.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us when you email us, call us or use our contact form: typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, the type of business you operate and the details of your enquiry or product list.
How the contact form works
Our contact form does not store your information on this website. When you press “Send enquiry”, it opens your own email app with a message addressed to info@culinaryedgesupply.ca. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
- To set up and manage business accounts, orders and deliveries.
- To keep product records and replacement reminders for customers who ask for replacement planning.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you, for example with delivery or courier partners for an order you have placed, or with our professional advisers, and only as much as the task requires.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them when pages load. The “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
Keeping information safe
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to future contact, subject to legal requirements. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
